When we talk about snacks, tasty and healthy are often clashing. We accepted this challenge and deployed our best soldiers: the pulses.

One of our clients showed interest to organic and healthy food as alternatives for traditional snacks: we took the challenge and developed a tasty and healthy product using a selection of different pulses. 

We applied a special process, that made them crunchy and soft at the same time, then we enriched them with natural flavours like wasabi and chili pepper.

The final result was a tasty and healthy snack, but with the nutritional benefits of pulses as well: high proteins, low carbohydrates and very low fat. The ideal break for those who prefer a balanced nutrition and for the ones allergic to gluten or dried fruit.

Simple, healthy and tasty: what else could you ask for?
