The Pre-gelatinized Functional Lentil Flour YW06 is a product of the BestMatchin’ range, which includes clean label functional flours designed to be used in many applications without altering the functionality of the final product. The range includes several functional rice and pulses flours.
The Pre-gelatinized Lentil Flour YW06 has been developed to produce creamy soups without the need of emulsifiers. It rehydrates very quickly just by adding water.
IN A SAUCEPAN
Put the flour, water and salt in the saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir and serve.
IN THE MICROWAVE
Put the flour and the water in a bowl and heat for one minute in the microwave at maximum power. Stir, add salt and serve.
For extra creaminess just add 2g of Pre-gelatinized Functional Rice Flour Y101.
