A 2021 full of innovations!

Naturis presents the new products that will be launched at the Fie 2021 in Frankfurt
Our goal was to create an alternative to the classic puffed cereals or flakes, maintaining the nutritional benefits and the characteristic taste. We are therefore proud to present five new “crunchies” for our Impulses range: Oat, Rye, Barley, Spelt and Buckwheat.
Puffed, in Flakes or Crunchy?

Naturis’ process enables us to obtain a crispy cereal maintaining the integrity of the single grains. From a nutritional point of view, this transformation to “crunchy” reduces the carbohydrate content while unaltering the percentages of protein and fiber. Moreover, the reduction of the carbohydrates % result in a lower glycemic index .
Compared to the flakes, the crunchy cereal remains crispier even when getting in contact with liquids, while compared to the puffed, the taste remains balanced and fragrant.
Thus, the crunchy cereals are suitable for many applications such as: bakery, muesli, energy bars, or as topping for soups, salads, cakes, or ice cream. Also perfect for as an inclusion on chocolate bars.
Three in one…
We will also present the new products from the BestMatchin’ range. The black rice Pre Gel flour and, the real star: the ‘Cream Maker’, a pre-gel rice flour with two key properties.

The natural ‘fat mimetic’
The superb capacity to enhance creaminess and to work as a thickening agent.
The ‘cream maker’ flour helps to contain fat content, intensifying and improving the emulsifying properties, without altering the taste. This flour matches all the requirements of clean label, gluten free and vegan products. Perfect for risotto.
The Nerone (Black) rice flour…

The latest entry in the range, the Nerone rice flour, rich in anti-oxidants such as anthocyanins, anti-ageing and anti-free radicals. As usual, keeping an eye on clean label, gluten free and vegan market trends. Its versatility leads to the most various end uses such as bakery, to risottos or velouté soups.
