The Pre-Gelatinized Functional Rice Flour Y101 is a product of the Best Matchin’ range, which includes clean label functional flours designed to be used in many applications without altering the functionality of the final product. The range includes several functional rice and pulses flours.

Functional properties

Instant Rice I069 is a round grain rice that has specifically tuned for rice pudding dry mixes. It rehydrates in 3 minutes. Pre-Gelatinized Functional Flour Y101 has very high viscosity providing very good creaminess to the preparation and slowing down the retrogradation.

Preparations

IN A PAN

Bring the milk to a boil, add the mix, the sugar and stir; cover the pan and turn off the fire. Let it stand for 10 minutes and serve. 

IN THE MICROWAVE 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power. Stir and serve.
