Functional properties
These products can be rehydrated with cold water, maintaining all their organoleptic characteristics and making the preparation of the most various salads very easy. Once rehydrated you only have to add the other ingredients (seafood, vegetables, chicken, etc.) and the salad is ready.
Preparation
Put the product in a container, add water at room temperature and let it rehydrate for one hour, then add the other ingredients and dressing and serve.
