Parboiled Long Grain Rice C108 belong to Naturis’ ReadyToDo range which includes rice, cereals and pulses developed to meet the customer’s specifications and match the final product functionality. The products are 100% natural and ready to be used in many food preparations.
Functional properties
Parboiled Long Grain Rice C108, rehydrates in 8 minutes thus there is no need to cook the rice before the extrusion process and at the same time maintains the texture and structure of the grains. Other grains such as Spelt K130 or Barley O198 can be used for the same application.
